Refund Policy

Cirkul wants every order to be a confident purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with an order number or other proof of purchase.

Return shipping and issues

For eligible change-of-mind returns, we cover the return shipping and will provide return instructions or a prepaid label. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise affected by a fulfillment issue, contact us with your order details and photos where helpful; these circumstances do not limit your consumer rights.

Refunds and cancellations

After the returned item is received and reviewed, an approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it. Please contact us promptly to cancel or change an order before shipment; after shipment, the return process applies. Custom items, final-sale or clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items may be ineligible for change-of-mind returns, except where a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item is involved.
